so i havent had a perm in about 2 and a half years but this saturday i really wnat to get one because my hair has grown alot and i want to see what it will look like if i dont do braids. IS THIS A BAD IDEA OR AM I OK? ive heard so many bad stories about perms and the bad chemicals and the lye but i really want this? Also if i do go through with it, which im scared to, what perms work the best and are the healthiest for good looking nice beautiful hair??? PLEASE GIVE ME DETAILS...
