Treatment for hair before chemically straightning it?

ok i'm half white and half back, the front of my hair is curly/nappiesh and the back is straight, i chemically straighten all of my hair tho. i havent been taking care of it and i want to have a retouch for the summer...i want to know if there are any NATURAL/HOME MADE treatments that i can apply to my hair to get it healthy before i perm it...thank u!!!

Olive oil, or if you can find it, castor oil. Warm them gently and massage them into your hair, paying attention to the scalp. If you can also, get a plastic shower cap and wear it over the hair, over night will help.

u can use olive oil on ur hair put some and keep itin fr an hour than wash it off with water and soap NO SHAMPOO!! and do this every night fr 2 weeks or more depends on how damaged ur hair is

any chemical put on your hair causes it to dry out. before and during treatment, make sure your hair is throughly conditioned. we like Herbal Essences conditioner or Equate conditioner. =) If that's too expensive, mayonnaise ALWAYS works as conditioner.
