Dumb Blonde by Tigi saved my hair. It was destroyed (honestly) in like 3 weeks totally different hair. It is awesome. (about 20.00) a tube but worth every penny.

I would use a bit more expensive shampoos. instead of the 99 cent ones or you know those cheap ones that people get and wonder why they get dandruff or what not. This is what I use

well start off by getting ur ends cut every 6 to 8 weeks to promote stronger healthier hair, also try using deep penetrating treatments that contain either avocado oil or aloe vera oil- they work really well.. try to avoid using hairspray, gels and mouses that contain alcohol in them, and don't abuse ur hair by coloring, blow drying, flat ironing, and putting it too much in a tight ponytail.

When I was in high school my friends and I would dye our hair different colors all the time. It eventually damaged our hair. So we would take a pitcher of water, and add a cap full of baby oil, mix it really well and then pour it over our heads before leaving for school. My hair looked wet all day long, but after doing this for ONE week, My hair was SO shiney and soft and touchable that I recommend this to EVERYONE. It really did work. Good luck

Condition the heck out of it. I suggest biolage fortetherapie. Use it after shampooing twice a week, and then once a week overnight. I also suggest going to the salon and cutting off about an inch of hair (the length of damage that can hang onto your hair) and lay off the heat styling and dying. Style it only about 2-3 times a week and then only dye it every 3 months. To avoid getting knots and tangles while you sleep braid your hair with a leave in conditoner in it.
