What kind of products should i use or not use? Should I stop using straighteners, curling irons, blow dryers etc.? Do prenatal vitamins really help? How often should i wash it and brush it? And how can i make it grow faster?

You cannot make hair grow faster. If you could, everyone would be doing it. You can take vitamins and they do not have to be prenatal. You could just take biotin. Or a multi-vitamin is just fine, even better. By taking vitamins, eating healthily, your hair will become healthier and grow healthier--not faster.

Make your blow drying the last thing you do. Put on your makeup, get dressed, eat breakfast, etc... Make sure you start drying whenever it's about 80% or more dry. When it's soaking wet you actually boil your hair. Use proper products. Take a break from the blow dryer on weekends. You should shampoo it every other day unless it's oily and you need to do it everyday. If it is oily at the roots, just buy a boar bristle brush to pull the oil throughout your entire head.

Go to the salon and get them to do a clear glaze. Instant shine and protection! Use a serum like Glass 01 by Redken to apply from midshaft to ends. Instant shine, as well.

Now for the whole tv part-- They have tons of lights on the models hair making it look reflective.

Hire a professional stylist and let them work on it for three hours every morning. That's the only way you'll look even close.

You should stop using curling irons, straightners, blodriers, etc.
