What is the most affordable and the healthiest way to get hair extensions? And Im not meaning a hair

I am looking to get hair extensons, but I don't want to spend an arm and a leg. I heard that beads are the best way for them to be put in in, does anyone have any advice at all?

i think a sew in looks the best. its when ur hair is braided all the way around %26amp; the weave is sewn on to the braids. the next best thing is a quick weave they dont last that long but theyre cheaper than a sew in. thats when the weave is glued on to a stalking cap ( u cut the foot ot of a pair of stalkings) %26amp; done or cut to ur liking. tracks i would say are the unhealthies because when u take em out the glue can pull alot of ur hair out. good luck!!!!
