ok well im going to get a new shampoo, conditioner, and a styling product or two.

which is best?

and im talking name brand like biosilk, CHI, bed head, redken, paul mithel, john freida frizz ease

i have spongy, frizzy, dry, damaged hair lol

and i dont want my hair to look greasy just healthy

Bed head ALL THE WAY.

It works VERY well, and is pretty cheap if you find it on sale. the have a de-friz leave in conditioner. just go to your local beauty store. Hope i helped.

I recommend Pureology. I was turned onto this by my stylist. It is a bit pricy (averaging $25 a bottle) but it is well worth it.

Also, they are vegan, organic products. They smell delicious and are good for your hair. Check out the link to the website.

red ken all the way. It works very well. I also have frizzy, dry damaged hair from bleach. It makes my hair soft and smooth without that greasy residue
